There is even the possibility of using 40 mm tubulars if a 1x transmission is mounted, or of adding mudguards and lights driven by a dynamo, which allows to use the Grifn in different conditions: it is suitable for road and roads, as well as for city trips and long distance tours.

The name Grifn refers to the mythological beast, a fable animal with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle. With a completely new bike design new shapes and a new geometry emerge. The geometry of the Grifn adapts to both the road and the gravel and has been designed following the KOG philosophy of Ridley (Extended Kanzo Geometry). This means that the geometry has been adjusted with precision to obtain the management that best suits the type of route for which the bike is designed. This is reflected in some key geometry values, such as the front tube angle and the lower support drop.
