To make the return you have to send us the product in perfect condition, without using and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use. Sending the return to our warehouse is in charge of the customer.

The cost of the return shipment is charged by the customer, but if your original order had shipping costs you will always be refunded on the standard shipping expense option.

The User can return or send the products to 365BIKE SL. in:

The cost of transporting the return will be 5€ for accessories, 30€ for bicycles up to 15 kg and 60€ for bicycles greater than 15kg or ebike.

REVOLUTION OF DEFECT OR ERROR PRODUCTS IN THE
